How do I book?+
Easy. Hit “Check your date” and tell us your date, venue and the vibe you’re going for. We’ll come back to you with options. A deposit locks in your date.
How far ahead should I book?+
As soon as you know your date. Popular Saturdays go fast, and we already take bookings up to a year ahead.
What’s your payment and cancellation policy?+
A deposit secures your booking. If your plans change two weeks or more before your event, you’ll get most of your money back. Inside two weeks, the deposit isn’t refundable, because we’ve already turned other bookings away and rostered our team. The full details are in our Terms and Conditions and on your package sheet.
Do you travel outside Adelaide?+
Absolutely. We love a road trip. Send us your location, date and how long you need us, and we’ll sort out the details. Events further from the city may include a travel fee, which we’ll show in your quote.
Do you cover big events?+
Yes. For larger crowds we bring an extra attendant, so everyone stays safe and the line keeps moving.
When do you arrive?+
We arrive 1 hour before your event starts. Set-up takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and it doesn’t come out of your hire time.
How much space do you need?+
The 360 Booth and the Glam Booth each need at least 3 m x 3 m. The Glambot needs at least 6 m x 6 m. More room is even better. Tight on space? Talk to us first and we’ll work it out.
Do you need a power point?+
Not for the 360 Booth. It’s fully wireless, so we can set it up almost anywhere. The Audio Guest Book runs on battery too. The Glam Booth and the Glambot need a power point nearby.
Can you set up outdoors?+
Yes, we love an outdoor party. We can’t run the booth in the open, so we’ll need a marquee or an undercover spot to keep our gear out of the rain. Let us know your plan when you book.
What if my event is upstairs?+
No worries. Our gear is portable and works in all sorts of spaces. Just tell us about stairs, lifts, parking or access when you book.
Will someone run the booth?+
Yes. A friendly attendant runs the 360 Booth, Glam Booth and Glambot. They help guests pose, keep the fun flowing and look after the gear.
Can we keep the party going longer?+
Of course. Just ask your attendant on the night, and we’ll stay on if we can. Extra time is charged by the hour, as shown on your package sheet.
Does our attendant need anything?+
Just a meal, some water and a short break or two, including restroom breaks. Our attendants work the whole event. Happy attendant, happy guests.
How does the 360 Booth work?+
Guests step onto the platform, strike a pose and the camera spins right around them. You get smooth, slow-motion videos that look amazing on socials.
When do we get our videos?+
Your gallery is usually ready within 1 to 3 days, and often the very next day. We’ll send you a link to view, share and download every clip.
How long can we access the gallery?+
Your gallery link is live for 5 months. Download your favourites before then, so you keep them forever.
What’s the Glam Booth?+
Think magazine cover, but at your party. The Glam Booth takes stunning, flattering photos with studio-style lighting, plus GIFs, videos and AI filters. Guests get unlimited digital photos, shared to their phones on the spot. Live Portraits are included too.
Do you print photos?+
The Glam Booth is all digital, so there are no prints. Guests get their photos straight to their phones, and there’s no limit on how many.
Do we get all the photos afterwards?+
Yes. You’ll get an online gallery, usually within 1 to 3 days, and often the next day. Your gallery link is live for 5 months. It’s perfect for guests who forgot to grab their photos.
What’s an Audio Guest Book?+
It’s a retro phone that records voice messages from your guests. Laughs, love notes, terrible jokes. You’ll want to play them back for years.
How do we record our greeting?+
Before your event, record a short greeting on your phone. Under 10 seconds is perfect. Send it to us and we’ll load it for you.
How will guests know what to do?+
The phone comes with simple instructions. Pick up, listen to your greeting, leave a message after the beep. That’s it.
How many messages can guests leave?+
As many as they like. They can leave messages all night long.
Does it need power, wi-fi or phone signal?+
No. It’s battery powered and needs no wi-fi.
How do we get our messages?+
We’ll send you all your messages as a Dropbox or Google Drive link. Want something special? Ask us about turning them into a vinyl record.
How do delivery and pick-up work?+
In Adelaide, we deliver the phone to your venue 1 hour before your event and collect it at the end of the night. Outside Adelaide, we can post it to you before your event with a return label.

The fine print, short.
On the night: the rules
Looking after our gear. If you or your guests break something, you’re responsible for the fair repair or replacement cost. Normal wear and tear is on us. Details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Guest safety. Our attendant may pause or stop the booth if guests aren’t safe, and we may refuse use of the booth.
Your files. Please download your photos and videos while your gallery link is live (5 months). After that, we may delete them.
Privacy and photo use
Storage. We store your photos and videos on licensed software for up to about 6 months. You can access them through the link we send you. After that, they’re permanently deleted.
The organiser’s copy. The event organiser gets a copy of everything after the event. What they do with it is up to them.
Sharing. We often share some photos and clips from our events on our social media and website. By using the booth, you agree we may share your clip. Tell your attendant if you’d prefer not.
